A trip to areas in Gardens of Stone Stage 2 reserve proposal: Ben Bullen state forest, Pagoda rock,Newnes State Forest – Mayinygu Marragu, a site of Aboriginal artwork…..and much more. Mt Whaite in the Blue Mountains, south of Wentworth Falls is named after OFF member Harry Whaite who explored and mapped the area as part of the Warrigal Bushwalking Club in the late 1930s. A group of OFF members including Harry’s daughter Jennifer climbed Mt Whaite on 21st October. Read more>> Mount Whaite

We all met at the Garawarra farmhouse for our walk down to Burning Palms beach in the Royal National Park. Nineteen set off along the fire trail, one of the prettiest in the park.
